Capacities
FreemiumA highly intuitive, deeply aesthetic object-based note-taking application designed to bring order to the chaos of modern knowledge management.
About Capacities
Capacities operates in the same highly advanced 'Personal Knowledge Management' space as Obsidian and Tana, but it solves a massive problem: those tools are incredibly intimidating and require you to build your own organizational system from scratch. Capacities provides a highly structured, deeply aesthetic, 'Object-Based' framework right out of the box.
Instead of saving everything into generic folders or chaotic graphs, Capacities forces the user to define 'Objects'. You tell the system: 'This is a Book', 'This is a Person', 'This is a Project'. When you create a new 'Person' note, Capacities instantly provides a beautifully formatted template asking for their email and company.
This object-oriented approach is incredibly intuitive for the human brain. The platform heavily integrates a highly capable AI assistant directly into the interface. A user can forward an email or a massive article to Capacities, and the AI will instantly read it, extract the key entities, and suggest creating beautifully linked 'Person' or 'Event' objects, autonomously organizing the user's digital life.
